Edison Lamp
A geared lamp built around an Edison bulb for Stanford’s ME 103.

I designed and built this lamp for ME 103 (Product Realization, Design and Making) at Stanford. A gear ring sits on its wooden top, and curved metal panels wrap around the Edison bulb.
Building it took welding, woodworking, wood and metal turning, laser cutting and sanding, plus some electrical setup to light it.
